Yas Island accommodation for Etihad Arena events

Where you will be staying

Etihad Arena is on the Yas Bay waterfront on Yas Island. Our four-bedroom townhouse is in Noya Viva, also on Yas Island. These are separate locations: plan transport between the villa and the venue rather than assuming you can walk. Check the route for your actual event time before deciding when to leave.

Before booking your event night

Start with the event page on the official Etihad Arena website. Check the date, doors opening time, age restrictions and ticket category for everyone in your group. Keep event tickets and the accommodation confirmation accessible. An enquiry about the villa does not reserve seats or include event admission.

Getting there and returning after the show

Use the Arena’s directions and parking guidance for the relevant event. If driving, check parking arrangements before leaving; if taking a taxi, plan the return pickup as well as the outward trip. Allow a margin for queues and traffic. Save the villa location before setting out so your group has the return address ready.

A practical overnight plan

On arrival day, agree the villa check-in time before making plans around the show. Leave time to settle in and prepare before travelling to Yas Bay. The following morning can be kept free for breakfast and rest. If your flight or event ends late, ask about arrival arrangements in advance; a late arrival or later checkout needs confirmation.

What to send with your villa enquiry

Send the event name, your check-in and checkout dates, the number of adults and children, and expected arrival time. We can then confirm availability and sleeping arrangements. The private garden and full kitchen offer space for your group between outings; community swimming pools are shared facilities. We do not sell event tickets.
