Where is Noya Viva Family Villa?
The villa is in the Noya Viva community on Yas Island, Abu Dhabi. It is a four-bedroom townhouse with a private garden and a full kitchen, suited to families and groups planning a holiday on Yas Island.
How do I check availability and book directly?
Choose your check-in and check-out dates and guest count in the booking form, then send the prepared enquiry on WhatsApp. We will reply with availability and a rate for your stay. Sending an enquiry does not confirm a reservation; we confirm the arrangements before payment.
Can I enquire about a longer family stay?
Yes. Send your full dates and guest count so we can check availability and discuss terms for a longer stay. The villa has a full kitchen, washer and dryer, Wi-Fi and a dedicated workspace.
Is the swimming pool private?
No. Adult and children's swimming pools are available at the Noya community club and are shared community facilities.
How many guests can stay?
The licensed capacity is up to 12 registered guests. Every adult, child and accompanying domestic worker must be declared before arrival.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Standard check-in is from 3:00 PM and check-out is by 12:00 PM. Alternative timing depends on availability and must be confirmed in advance.
When will I receive the exact address and access details?
The exact access instructions are sent after the reservation is confirmed and the required guest identification is received for official registration.
